Most likely, your organization already has an existing account. Therefore, the Training Department will just add you as a supervisor to it.

Yes, it is possible to create multiple opportunities in one submission
Here is the information you may include for each field:
DESCRIPTION: Nature of training, activities, projects, etc.
REQUIREMENTS: Skills, knowledge, or academic background required.
A training plan should outline the training activities that the student will undertake throughout the entire duration of the training. It must also be relevant to the student’s academic field of study to ensure the training provides meaningful practical experience.

You may post the training opportunity as "private" and select the student by searching for his/her KFUPM ID number.
If a company has an account
1. Log in to Tadreeb website
2. Select Private Training Opportunity.
3. Choose the correct training cycle (Internship or Summer).
4. Search using the KFUPM Student ID.
5. Submit the request.
If a company does not have an account
1. Go to "Tadreeb" website
2. Click “Create Account”
3. Click “Add here” (top right)
4. Fill in the information then click “Create organization”
5. Wait for the activation of your account.
The account will be activated within 24 working hours. Once activated, you will be able to add opportunities directly on the Tadreeb platform.
The training duration required by the university for our students is fixed as stated in the training letter.
Internship: 16 weeks
Summer Training: 8 weeks
Any additional training period, if required, will be an arrangement solely between the student and the company.

The Training Department will return it with comments for correction. You will receive an email notification once it is returned, after which you can edit and resubmit the opportunity for approval.
You may withdraw the selection only if the student has not yet confirmed the opportunity. If the student has already accepted the offer, please contact the student via email stutraining@kfupm.edu.sa to explain and discuss the reason for cancelling the nomination.

We don’t provide list to companies, instead, we invite them to participate through the website by registering their organization and posting the opportunity.
We urge companies to provide students with a monthly allowance or stipend and to treat them as regular employees.

Summer Training:

➤ Evaluation #1: After Week 4 of training
➤ Evaluation #2: In Week 16, upon completion of the training

If your training opportunity is posted on the Tadreeb website, you can check the status of your evaluation by opening your opportunity details. The evaluation status will be displayed as either “Submitted” or “Not Submitted.”
If your opportunity was not posted on the website, you may verify the submission by sending an email to the Training Department at stutraining@kfupm.edu.sa.

No, just make sure you have received an offer letter and a training plan and that your academic department has approved the training opportunity if you secured it independently.
Please submit a Training Registration Request through the Tadreeb website and ensure that all required details in the form are completed to process your request promptly.
You must register for the course to be able to download the letter through the Tadreeb website.
If your GPA is below 2.0, please submit a training petition request through the Tadreeb website. Make sure to complete all required details and clearly state your reason for applying.
You may follow up with the respective approvers to help expedite your request.
If your petition concerns your GPA, the decision will be taken at the end of the current semester based on your new GPA.

As per university regulations, training is not permitted to be taken during the final semester.
You must register the training course to have access to the website.
Once you register for the training course, you can obtain it under the Training Letter Menu (tab) on Tadreeb.
You can upload your CV anytime to your Profile. Companies can view your CV from your dashboard once it is available.

A student has only 14 days to accept a nomination for local training opportunities; if the period has lapsed and you have not taken action, the offer will be forfeited.
The confirmation period for international training opportunities varies according to the days set by the company.
- Report to your company on the official training start date and remind your mentor to submit your evaluation when the evaluation period comes.
- Check with your training coordinator for any other requirements during your training.
As per the Training Department regulations, switching is not allowed. If you have a specific case, please reach out to the training department.
It is the student’s responsibility to secure a training opportunity; however, you should stay in regular contact with your training coordinator for any guidance or recommendations.
